Uliana Estate offers separate bride and groom getting-ready spaces, and both are designed to feel just as special as the rest of the day.

Bridal suite is truly gorgeous with natural light and features a gorgeous row of mirrors so you and your girls can get ready together without feeling cramped or rushed. Plus, there’s a balcony, where you can sneak out for more photos and enjoy the fresh Florida air!

There’s also a dedicated groom’s room, so both sides of the wedding party can relax and get ready in style.

Outdoor Ceremony Space at Uliana Estate

The outdoor ceremony area is so charming. Nestled under mossy oak tree with a white arched backdrop and brick-paved aisle, it’s effortlessly romantic. And you can style the arches however you see fit. Most couples choose colorful floral arrangements, but I’ve seen couples also cover them with elegant fabric drapings!

Indoor & Outdoor Uliana Estate Wedding Reception Options

Uliana has both a modern indoor reception hall and an outdoor reception space under the oaks complete with a stylish, covered outdoor bar area. 

For this shoot, we styled the outdoor tables with pastel linens and white floral runners, creating a fresh yet elegant garden party vibe that still felt elevated and intentional. 

Photo Opportunities Everywhere You Look

This venue was clearly designed with beauty and flow in mind. From the manicured grounds to the architectural lines of the buildings, Uliana Estate photographs beautifully at every time of day. There’s soft neutral backdrops, a dramatic staircase, and also a fountain garden tucked behind the lawn.

For 2026, Uliana Estate wedding cost starts at $6,500 and it includes 12-hour access to all the spaces, tables and chairs, and capacity for up to 120 guests.

Uliana Estate allows couples to bring their own vendors, as long as they are licensed and insured. You’re fully responsible for your vendor team, but the venue also provides a list of trusted professionals who are familiar with the property and its flow.
